The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is set to introduce Odisha’s inaugural ‘Bee Corridor’ aimed at enhancing local biodiversity and supporting honeybee conservation.
The Commissionerate Police has requested the NHAI to enhance traffic surveillance by installing CCTV cameras every 200 metres in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, aiming to improve highway safety and monitor urban areas.
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has initiated the ‘Arogya Van’ project to plant 67,462 medicinal trees, enhancing biodiversity along national highways.
