Bolangir: Early Saturday morning, a mild earthquake was felt in Odisha’s Bolangir district. The tremors were reported at approximately 4:40 am. While most residents were asleep, the shaking caused household items to rattle briefly, waking many from their slumber.

Glass doors and windows shook loudly, prompting numerous residents to flee their homes as the tremors were experienced throughout various areas of the district. Just a few days prior, mild tremors were also reported in the neighboring Kalahandi district. The tremors on Saturday left Bolangir’s residents feeling frightened.
