Bikram Panda Released from Brahmapur Jail Following High Court Bail in Murder Case
Bikram Kumar Panda, former MLA and BJD district president, was released from Brahmapur Circle Jail after the Orissa High Court granted him conditional bail in the murder of BJP leader Pitabas Panda.
