Bhubaneswar: A nowcast alert has been issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) for 15 districts in Odisha, forecasting light to moderate rain along with thunder and lightning in the upcoming three hours.

As per the nowcast warning released at 10:10 am, the districts likely to be affected include Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Kendujhar, Anugola, Debagada, Sundargada, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Bargada, Balangir, Subarnapur, and Nuapada.

Residents in these areas are urged to remain vigilant about the weather conditions and take appropriate safety measures.
