New Delhi [India], September 6 (ANI): On Saturday, Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah during his trip to the national capital.

The meeting was marked by a friendly exchange where they discussed significant topics related to the development of Odisha and the well-being of its residents.

Kambhampati shared details of the meeting on X, stating, “During my visit to New Delhi, called on the Hon’ble Union Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah Ji.”

In his post, he further noted, “We had a cordial interaction and exchanged views on matters of importance concerning Odisha’s development and the welfare of the people.”

During his three-day stay in New Delhi, Kambhampati also met with President Droupadi Murmu and Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan. He participated in various events and engaged with senior officials on issues vital to Odisha and its community.

The Governor returned to Odisha on Sunday after completing his official engagements in the capital.

Earlier in his visit, Kambhampati had a courtesy meeting with Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan, where they discussed a variety of topics including governance, socio-economic welfare, and the state’s developmental goals. They also talked about accelerating infrastructure development and ensuring the effective implementation of Central government welfare programs in Odisha, aiming to maximize their reach to the population.

Kambhampati arrived in New Delhi on Thursday and was scheduled for various programs and events during his visit.
