Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has released a nowcast warning indicating that 13 districts in Odisha can expect light to moderate rainfall, accompanied by lightning and thunder, within the next three hours.

The advisory, issued at 11:15 am today, highlights that these weather conditions are likely to manifest in one or two locations across the districts of Kendujhar, Mayurbhanj, Baleshwar, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Nuapada, Baragada, Malkanagiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, and Khandamal during this period.

The department has urged residents to remain vigilant regarding the weather and to make necessary preparations for their safety.
