Bhubaneswar: A sense of relief has enveloped the family of 20-year-old Kusum Nigar from Mayurbhanj, Odisha, who had been untraceable for several days amid the devastating floods in Nepal. Reports confirm that she is now safe in the Himalayan nation.

According to reports, Kusum reached out to her family, assuring them of her safety. She mentioned that she and other members of her trekking group are currently located in the Baglung region of western Nepal.

Her disappearance was attributed to a significant disruption in mobile networks, which affected both rescue operations and communication in the area over the past few days.
