The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has announced the results for the OJEE 2026 exam. Candidates can access their results on the official website, ojee.nic.in. The OJEE was held for admissions into 16 technical and professional courses across various government and private educational institutions in Odisha.
Shubhransu Sutar topped the exam for the B Pharm course, while Swagat Kumar Behura excelled in M Tech, Tribikram Pradhan led in MBA, Naren Patra in MCA/MSc (Computer Science), Srimayee Panigrahi in integrated MBA, Shyamsundar Behera in M Pharm, Sai Aarya Anushka Nayak in M Arch, and Sagarika Acharya in M Plan. The examination took place from May 4 to May 10, 2026.
How to Check OJEE 2026 Results
To view the OJEE results, candidates should follow these steps:
- Step 1: Visit the official website at ojee.nic.in.
- Step 2: Find and click on the ‘OJEE 2026 scorecards/rank card’ link.
- Step 3: Log in using your application number, date of birth, and security code.
- Step 4: Click Submit.
- Step 5: The result will be displayed on the screen; download and save it for future reference.
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi congratulated the successful students in a post on X, stating, “This accomplishment is a true reflection of your long-standing dedication, focus, and hard work. It is a matter of immense pride and honour for your family and teachers.” He encouraged all students to continue pursuing their goals with confidence and a positive mindset.
This year, over one lakh candidates registered for the exam, with 92,628 (89.55 percent) appearing for it. Excluding nursing courses, 62,691 candidates from other streams received ranks based on their performance. The entrance test was conducted at 99 centres throughout all 30 districts of the state, as well as in three cities outside Odisha: Kolkata, Patna, and Ranchi.
Following the exam, the provisional answer key was released on May 16, 2026, and candidates could challenge it until May 18, 2026. The examination authorities reviewed these challenges before finalizing the results.
The OJEE 2026 marksheet provides detailed information about the candidate’s performance, including their name, application number, registration number, secured rank, marks obtained, and qualifying status, along with course-wise rank details.
Next Steps After Results
Candidates who qualified in the exam are now eligible to participate in the counselling process for admissions into both undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by participating universities in Odisha. These programs include BTech (Lateral entry), BPharm, MBA, MCA, MTech, and MPharm.
The counselling process is expected to commence in late June. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates on the detailed schedule and guidelines.
