Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to attend the first regional workshop of the Capacity Building Commission’s (CBC) Sadhana Shrinkhala 2026, taking place in Vijayawada on September 29 and 30.

Participating alongside him will be Dr. Jitendra Singh, the Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions. This two-day event aims to gather senior officials, along with heads and faculty members from training institutes across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry.

This workshop is part of the broader Sādhana Shrinkhala 2026 initiative, which seeks to revamp government training institutes into strategic capacity-building entities as part of Mission Karmayogi.

The CBC has indicated that the regional consultations will center on various themes, including governance and leadership within institutions, operational efficiency, collaboration, faculty development, and the integration of digital and emerging technologies.

The insights gained from these consultations are expected to inform the creation of a Training Institute Transformation Framework that reflects the specific needs and experiences of various states and training organizations.

This initiative will be supported by the Unified New-Age National Training Initiatives (UNNATI) portal, which was inaugurated during the Sādhana Saptah in April.

The UNNATI portal connects over 700 training institutions and aims to promote collaboration, enhance institutional visibility, and enable data-driven improvements.

Sadhana Shrinkhala follows a series of consultations by the Regional Task Force, the Sādhana Saptah event conducted from April 2 to 8, and a national summit held in May.

Future workshops will occur in other regions, with the recommendations from these sessions contributing to the final transformation framework.
