Bhubaneswar: The upcoming 26th edition of the ‘KIIT Nanhipari Little Miss India’ aims to provide a national stage for young talent from around the country to display their abilities, confidence, and personality. The winners of this esteemed competition will have access to a scholarship fund totaling Rs 56 lakh.
This event is being organized through the joint efforts of the KIIT School of Fashion Technology, the School of Film and Media Sciences, and the School of Mass Communication. It invites entries from girls aged between 13 and 15 years, with no entry fee required.
The regional audition for Bhubaneswar is scheduled for Sunday, November 1, at the KIIT Campus-17 auditorium, starting at 9 AM. Young girls from Bhubaneswar and other regions of Odisha are encouraged to seize this opportunity.
Initially launched in 2001 in Keonjhar, Odisha, ‘Nahnipari’ has grown significantly, transitioning into a national event since 2004. It serves as a platform for youth to demonstrate their intelligence, creativity, communication skills, and personality, while enhancing their self-esteem.
This initiative is backed by Achyuta Samanta, the founder of KIIT, KISS, and KIMS, who aims to foster the talent and aspirations of the younger generation, assisting them in establishing their presence on a prominent platform.
The semi-finals and grand finale are scheduled to take place at KIIT from December 27 to 29, 2026. More information about the auditions can be accessed on the official ‘KIIT Nanhipari’ website.
